    The staff at this hotel was one of the very best I've ever worked with. Also at the top of the list is this hotels location. It's about as much in the center of all of Pattaya's night life, and shopping as one could get.

    The breakfast was nice hot, such variety, with goat cheese roll and food from all over the globe. They offered luxurious and beautifully maintained rooms with terrace leading into the lovely gardens and garden view. The location was particularly good and perfect - ease of access to a happening mall. I did not want to leave there and would like to come again.

    Close to the beach, very nice friendly staff, very nice pool and sunbed area, very good gym and spa, close to shopping and main attractions (10 mins walk to walking street). Guest friendly hotel.

    Too expensive for facilities offered in comparison to other hotels. Room was not as good as I was expecting for the price of the hotel. There was no separate shower, only a shower inside the bath and there was not a sitting area in the bedroom.

    A warm welcome in paradise

    Woke up surrounded by lush greenery. The staff greeted us like family, and the extensive breakfast spread was good every morning.

    The bathtub could use an update, and the noise from nearby parties occasionally disrupted our peace at night.

    Some bathroom appliances exhibit stains, which could detract from the overall ambience!!! Prices for everything are inflated this hotel feel less appealing for budget-conscious travelers!!!

    The breakfast was warm with food from all over the globe, eggs cooked to order and Chinese cuisine, and the staff were well-trained and very supportive. I booked a junior suite for 4 nights and had a very good stay. Location: the hotel was really close to a tropical garden that seemed in the middle of the jungle, and beach and shopping.

    The stay offered beautiful views and an excellent breakfast selection, prominently with Spanish cuisine. The price felt excessive, as there were discrepancies between the billed amount and the charged price, alongside high minibar charges. The need to sign up for internet access was inconvenient.
